Hi! I’m Evan, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of Elevate Home PT, PLLC, specializing in home-based physical therapy for older adults across Rockland County, New York.

I earned my DPT from New York Medical College and have worked in diverse clinical settings—including acute inpatient rehab, hospitals, and outpatient clinics—which shaped my belief in the power of personalized, goal-driven care.

My clinical experience spans treatment for a wide range of conditions, with a focus on helping patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and reclaim independence. I believe aging doesn’t mean decline—it’s an opportunity to engage in proactive rehabilitation.

During my doctoral studies, I co-led research on frailty and fall prevention in aging populations, identifying evidence-based exercise protocols that slow or reverse mobility loss. I bring that same research-informed approach to every visit—blending clinical expertise with practical strategies and emerging tools like virtual reality for physical therapy.

Elevate Home PT was created to offer one-on-one therapy at home, where patients feel safest. We deliver high-quality care using mobile outpatient tools—without sacrificing outcomes or comfort. By minimizing overhead, we maximize focus on what matters most: the people we serve.

In my free time, I love exercising, watching sports, and learning about history. I’m engaged to a girl I met in PT school! we will be getting married in the summer of 2026.
