I’m Dr. Evan Kugel, PT, DPT and CEO of Elevate Home PT & Wellness, a concierge service dedicated to delivering high-quality, in-home and on-site wellness experiences throughout Bergen County, New Jersey. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York Medical College, where I developed a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and live stronger. My career has spanned hospitals, acute rehabilitation, and outpatient clinics, giving me a broad foundation in patient care and shaping my belief in the power of personalized, goal-driven wellness. Elevate was created to move beyond the limitations of traditional insurance-based therapy, offering cash-only concierge services that focus on recovery, pain reduction, and preventative strategies. We provide one-on-one sessions as well as tailored programs for businesses, organizations, and community groups—bringing advanced modalities and evidence informed practices directly to the spaces where people feel most comfortable. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy exercising, watching sports, and exploring history.
